This policy is set forth by the Toobix LLC to describe the information we collect and store about you, the Toobix Gamer, with relation to your Toobix Gamer Account and the purchases made in our online shop. Please note, that by using these services, you agree and are bound by the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy. The owners of Toobix have the right to change these terms at any time without prior notification to you; however, the owners will post the new agreement when changes are made in the shop for you to accept. It is soley your responsibility to seek out, read and continue to accept the statutes provided herein whenever changes are made.

There are two ways we store information about you: online and offline. The online storage is in a security protected database and offline is on an encrypted drive that is not connected to the internet. None of this information will ever be used to solicit mailings to you nor will it EVER be provided or sold to a third party for any reason. We hate spam, too.

For your Toobix Gamer Account, Toobix LLC records and stores the information necessary to keep your account up and running. This is stored online and includes the following types of data:

1. The required login information that you provide during forum signup as well as other forum use and statistical data that you can view in your personal profile.
2. Any information you provide or can view on your Toobix Gamer Account page.

For the Toobix Shop we do NOT store any account information related to your purchase. This includes credit cards. PayPal account number, or other accounts/methods of payments that you provide for items in the Toobix Shop. This information is used by PayPal and SpreadShirt to process your payments in accordance with their use and other policies. You can get all of that exciting information on their websites www.paypal.com and www.spreadshirt.com.

For the Toobix Shop we DO store demographic information to be used ONLY as a historical record. This information enables us to provide support to you should a problem arise with your purchase in the future. Online, this includes your first and last name as well as information about your purchased items such as the item purchased and any costs associated with it. Offline we store your name, the email address and phone number associated with your purchase, the physical address if provided for tangible goods, and a record of all items purchased.

Toobix LLC has security measures in place to protect both this online and offline information we collect, and will diligently work to ensure this information stays secure and private; however, we offer no guarantee of avoidance from unauthorized access to this information. In any instance of this, you agree to release Toobix LLC (including all of its members/managers , employees, or any other individual associated with the company) from any responsibility, damages, or otherwise incurred adversity (monetary or otherwise).
