We appologize for your inconvenience and that your order isn't going quite as planned, but we are here to help! Please follow the guidelines below before starting a new topic for your question.
When posting, NEVER put ANY account or personal information in your message. This includes usernames, passwords, credit card information, bank information, PayPal account information or any other identifying or account information. 1. Conduct a search for your problem. Click the link at the top of the page called SEARCH. In the "Search for:" box type in all relevant keywords and phrases related to your problem. For example, if you cannot get the game
Hampton's Very Bad Day to start type in something like "Hampton's Very Bad Day will not start." As another example, if you purchased a music download and the link is not working, type in something like "purchased crusher song download but link is broken." At the bottom of the search page you can select which boards to search. Start with all of them checked to give you the most chance of successfully locating the appropriate topic, but if too many results come up then just select the Toobix Support boards.
If a result comes up that solves your problem, then great! If not, then don't worry! Continue below.
2. Post your support issue. Make a new topic. When you type in a subject for your topic be as descriptive as possible. A subject like "website problem" is not nearly as good as "music page will not load in firefox version 3."
In your message text, follow the same detailed oriented method in describing your problem. The more details you provide up front, the better chance we'll be able to solve it without having to ask more questions, which takes time waiting for replies.
For EVERY support post on this board, please provide the following information (for instructions on finding this information
Computer Operating System: e.g. Windows XP Professional, Version 2002, Service Pack 2
Internet Browser and version: e.g. Internet Explorer, Version 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.070227-2254
3. Do not repost your support issue over and over again on the same board or on other boards! This is the single greatest thing that will slow us down. If we're constantly chasing after new posts that may or may not have new information in them, then we cannot quickly and efficiently solve your issue.
4. If you need to add details, no problem! Just reply to the topic that you started or that you found with a search.
5. Be patient and understanding! Rest assured that we will begin working your support issue immediately and will try to solve it as quickly as we can. We will do our best to post a solution to your question within 24 hours. It might take a bit longer (depending on the question), but we try hard not to keep you waiting longer than 72 hours.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
